Bainish/Pal Jalian intelligence agency which operates on three tiers (Special War Groups, or SWG1 – SWG3) that determine the focus of its operatives. BSS has long conducted it’s work of spy craft, subterfuge, and investigation to benefit the Rumarian (currently Ephrasian) crown to which all continental governments and planetary colonies answer to.
